摘  要:良性的产品市场竞争会激发企业的自主创新能力,知识产权保护是强化这一能力的重要动力。本文以2008-2017年沪深A股制造业企业为研究样本,基于手工收集的知识产权行政和司法保护数据,分析了产品市场竞争、知识产权保护对企业创新投入的影响。研究发现:(1)产品市场竞争对企业创新投入有促进作用,无论是行政还是司法保护维度,知识产权保护均有助于增强这种效应。(2)知识产权保护对于产品市场竞争促进企业创新投入的影响存在异质性,对高科技企业和东部地区企业的促进作用更明显。(3)产品市场竞争对创新产出也有促进作用,知识产权保护对这种效应的增强存在时滞性,行政保护比司法保护的时滞性更长。本文的启示在于,加强知识产权保护有助于我国打造具有竞争力的制造业,以科技创新驱动产业转型升级,为实现中国制造向中国创造的转变提供有力的制度保障。Product market competition will motivate the innovation ability of enterprises, intellectual property right protection(IPP) is an important power to strengthen this ability. This paper presents empirical study about how product market competition and IPP would affect corporate innovation input based on the data of A-share manufacturing listed enterprises in China from 2008 to 2017 matching with hand-collected administrative protection and judicial protection data constructing IPP indicators at the provincial level. The results show that:(1) product market competition has positive effect on corporate innovation input and IPP can promote this effect in both administrative protection and judicial protection;(2) the influence of IPP on corporate innovation input promoted by product market competition is heterogeneous, and the promotion effect on high-tech enterprises and enterprises in the eastern region is more obvious;(3) the product market competition also has promotion effect on the innovation output, IPP has time delay to this effect,and administrative protection has time delay longer than judicial protection. These results provide policy implications that strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights will provide a strong institutional guarantee for the transformation from made in China to created in China.
