浅谈加强地质调查单位人事档案管理工作

摘　　要：地质调查单位人事档案真实地记载着职工的个人经历、政治思想,品德作风、业务能力等,是职工个人自身成长历史的真实反映,是考察了解和选拔使用的重要依据。随着事业单位体制改革的不断深入,人事档案管理工作要遇到许多新情况,新问题。文章以吉林省第二地质调查所人事档案管理工作为例,总结了地质调查单位人事档案管理工作内容现状、存在的问题,并就加强人事档案管理工作提出了几点建议。The personnel file of geological survey unit genuinely records the staff’s personal experience,political thoughts,moral style and the business ability,etc.It is the true reflection of the staff’s personal growth history and essential basis of investigation,understanding and selection to the staff.With the continuous deepening of institutional reform,personnel file management will encounter many new situations and problems.With the example of the management of personnel file in the Second Geological Survey Institute of Jilin Province,this article summarizes the current situation and existing problems of personnel file management of the geological survey institute and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the personnel file management.
