摘 要:为了研究扰流柱阵列的实度对尾缘劈缝流动传热特性的影响,采用非定常计算以瞬时来揭示劈缝下游冷热气流混合流动机理。结果表明:扰流柱实度增加,劈缝下游涡核强度增加,流动损失增大,劈缝下游压力的周期性波动也加大,导致劈缝下游的冷却效果减弱;同一实度改变吹风比发现,吹风比为0.5时的冷流体流动状态不稳定,容易发生流动分离现象,且吹风比每增加0.5,劈缝下游的涡带面积相应减少1/3,流道内压力分布越均匀,流场品质越好,说明增大吹风比可以有效地削弱涡的产生,这对于劈缝下游壁面可以起到很好的保护作用。In order to study the effect of the solidity of pin fin array on the heat transfer characteristics of the slot,the unsteady calculation is used to instantaneously reveal the mixed flow mechanism of the cold and hot airflow downstream of the slot.The results show that with the increase of the solidity of pin fin array,the strength of the vortex core in the slot increases,the flow loss increases,and the periodic fluctuation of the slot increases,which results in the weakening of the cooling effect in the slot;When the blowing ratio is 0.5,the flow state of cold fluid is unstable and flow separation is easy to occur.With the increase of blowing ratio of 0.5,the area of vortex zone in the slot is reduced by 1/3 correspondingly.The more uniform the pressure distribution in the channel,the better the quality of flow field.It shows that increasing blowing ratio can effectively weaken the generation of vortices,which can play a very important role in the slot.
