论高校体育教学对当代大学生逆境商数(AQ)培养的作用

摘　　要：通过对当代大学生逆境商数影响因素的分析,提出在高校中开展大学生逆境商数的教育活动,提高大学生逆境商数的重要性,并指出高校体育教学对逆境商数的影响.经过论证分析得出,高校体育教学的特殊教化功能、对大学生逆境商数的提高有着积极的作用,利用高校体育教学能正确引导学生面对挫折、战胜挫折、摆脱逆境.It is important to improve the university students adversity quotient,through the analysis of the influencing factors of university students adversity quotient and putting forward the educational activities of university students adversity quotient.It also points out the positive role of physical education teaching in cultivating adversity quotient.Through demonstration and analysis,it is concluded that the special education function of physical education teaching has a positive effect on the improvement of adversity quotient.Using physical education teaching can guide students to face setbacks correctly and overcome adversity.
