胃癌患者凝血功能、D二聚体、血小板计数的变化与肿瘤临床特征的关系

摘　　要：目的主要分析凝血功能、D二聚体、血小板计数的变化与胃癌临床特征的关系,为临床进一步诊断肿瘤、寻找改善预后路径提供参考。方法选取我院于2016年1月-2018年12月间收治的189例胃癌患者为研究组,选取同一时间的健康体检者为对照组,采用相同的方法,对两组研究对象进行凝血功能、D二聚体、血小板计数的变化检验,评价两组研究对象,相关计数指标的差异。结果本次研究结果显示,研究组患者的PLT计数、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、aPTT水平等指标明显区别于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同临床分期的胃癌患者,各组间数据显示随着胃癌分期的增加,Fbg、D二聚体亦进行性增长;不同肿瘤侵犯深度组内,各组间数据显示随着肿瘤侵犯深度增加,患者D二聚体水平也逐渐升高(P<0.05);不同淋巴结转移胃癌患者中,转移组D二聚体水平均较无转移组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者的PLT计数、D二聚体、凝血功能均存在异常,尤其Fbg、D二聚体与肿瘤分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、血栓性疾病的形成明显相关,因此监测胃癌患者的PLT计数、D二聚体、凝血功能具重要意义。Objective The purpose of the main analysis of blood clotting function,D-D concentration,platelet count The relationship between the change and the clinical characteristics of stomach cancer provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis of tumors and the search for improved prognosis pathways.Methods Selected 189 cases of stomach cancer patients admitted in our hospital between January 2016 and December 2018 as the study group,selected the same time health check-up sitford as the control group,used the same method,carried out the change test of blood clotting function,D-D,platelet count of the two groups,and evaluated the two groups of study subjects.The difference in the relevant count indicator.Results The results showed that the PLT count,D-D,fibrinogen(Fbg),aPTT level and other indicators of the study group were significantly different from those in the control group,and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Fbg,D-D also carried out sexual growth;in different tumor invasion depth groups,intergroup data showed that the level of D-D in patients gradually increased as the depth of tumor attack increased(P<0.05).Conclusion There are abnormalities in PLT count,D-D and clotting function in patients with stomach cancer,especially Fbg,D-D and tumor stage,dipping depth,lymph node metastasis,and the formation of thrombosis disease,so it is important to monitor PLT count,D-D and clotting function in patients with stomach cancer.
