摘　　要：电子回旋脉塞器件是一种能够产生高功率、高频率的新型电真空器件,已被视为高功率毫米波、亚毫米波和太赫兹波的重要微波源,在军事、民用、工业和科研领域具有广阔的应用空间。本文对电子回旋脉塞器件的发展现状进行了重点综述,对面临的问题与发展方向作了简要评述。The gyro-device is a new type of vacuum electronic device capable of producing high-power and high-frequency millimeter,submillimeter and terahertz wave and has emerged as the important microwave source.It has broad application space in military,civil,industrial and scientific fields.The emphasis of this paper is on the development status of gyro-devices.The problems and development direction of gyro-devices are briefly reviewed.
