定风明视胶囊治疗后天性麻痹性斜视风痰阻络证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析定风明视胶囊治疗后天性麻痹性斜视风痰阻络证患者的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将符合诊断标准的后天性麻痹性斜视风痰阻络证166例患者,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组86例,采用口服定风明视胶囊治疗;对照组80例,给予能量合剂、血栓通等治疗。2组的基础用药均为B族维生素、神经营养剂、血管扩张剂等以促进神经恢复。同时针对病因,积极治疗原发病。10 d为1疗程,共治疗3个疗程后观察斜视度以及主要症状及体征积分等指标。结果治疗组治愈率73.26%,总有效率90.70%;对照组治愈率41.25%,总有效率76.25%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后主要症状及体征积分、斜视度等比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定风明视胶囊治疗后天性麻痹性斜视风痰阻络证有一定疗效,无全身不良反应,可临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical effect of Dingfeng Mingshi capsules in the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus with wind-phlegm blocking collateral syndrome,and to explore the mechanism of action.METHODS One hundred and sixty-six patients with acquired paralytic strabismus syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.According to the order of seeing the doctor,the treatment group(86 cases)was treated with Dingfeng Mingshi capsules,while the control group(80 cases)was treated with energy mixture and Xueshuantong.The basic medications of the two groups were B vitamins,neurotrophins,vasodilators and so on,to promote nerve recovery.At the same time,according to the cause of disease,active treatment for the primary affection was taken.Ten days was a course for both groups,after a total of 3 courses of treatment to observe the efficacy.Main outcome measures were visual acuity,strabismus,main symptoms and signs,and so on.RESULTS The cure rate of the treatment group was 73.26%and the total effective rate was 90.70%;The cure rate of the control group was 41.25%and the total effective rate was 76.25%.There were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);There were significant differences in main symptoms and signs scores,strabismus degree between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Dingfeng Mingshi capsule in the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus with wind-phlegm blocking collaterals syndrome is effective,no systemic adverse reaction,and it can be widely used in clinic.
