基于变革与创新的开放大学教学质量管理研究

摘　　要：开放大学在实现教育大众化的进程中从教育的边缘地带走向了中心地带,逐步探索出教育大众化的基本路径,展现了前所未有的活力和发展潜力,取得了长足的进步,促进了社会的快速发展。从是否适应现代社会发展需要,构建利于受教育者身心发展、就业就职的终身教育体系角度出发,发现由于普遍生源质量不高、教学信息技术平台基础设施不够完善、教学质量管理系统薄弱等原因,造成了开放大学教学质量管理困境。由此,开放大学需要从规范招生、提升教学资源建设质量、建立健全教学质量管理体系、建设高素质教师队伍等方面来摆脱教学质量管理困境。In the process of realizing the popularization of education,the Open University has moved from the marginal zone to the central zone of education and gradually explored the basic path of educational popularization,demonstrated unprecedented vitality and development potential,made great progress and promoted rapid social development.From the perspective of adapting to the needs of the development of modern society,constructing a lifelong education system that is conducive to the physical and mental development of the educated and their employment,the low quality of students,the insufficient infrastructure of teaching information technology platforms and the weak quality management system have become the problems in teaching quality management of Open University.For this,the Open University needs to get rid of the predicament of teaching quality management in terms of standardizing enrollment,improving the quality of teaching resource construction,establishing and improving teaching quality management system,and building high-quality teaching staff body.
