高职院校学生核心素养培育路径研究

摘　　要：从人文底蕴、批判精神、学会学习、健康生活、责任担当、实践创新这6个方面分析当前高职院校学生核心素养存在的问题,并提出培养高职学生核心素养的路径:引导学生增强对文化的认同感,提升学生的人文素养;加强对家国情感的培养,培养学生责任意识;充分发挥学生主观能动性,让学生学会学习;做好身心健康指导工作,促进学生身心健康;培育学生批判思维和创新能力。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the key competences of students in higher vocational colleges from 6 aspects:humanistic heritage,critical spirit,learning,healthy life,responsibility and innovation.Then we give out 5 suggestions to cultivate the key competences of higher vocational students:instruct students to enhance their identity of culture and improve their humanistic accomplishment;cultivate affection for our country and the sense of responsibility of the students;make students take initiative in learning and be a good learner;give physical and mental health guidance to promote students’physical and mental health;and cultivate students'critical thinking and innovatio n ability.
