摘  要:通过钢模胀形实验测定DC05板料的成形极限曲线,并将其应用于汽车座椅支撑板的拉延数值模拟中,预测了拉延过程中的开裂、过度减薄以及起皱缺陷。对比实测和软件自带的成形极限曲线所得到的仿真结果,并通过实冲实验进行验证,证明基于实测成形极限曲线的仿真结果和实验结果更加吻合。结果显示:采用实验法测定的DC05板料成形极限曲线,在有限元数值模拟中,其关键区域的起皱现象更少,板材厚度的分布更加均匀,破裂危险系数更低,拉延件的质量更加满足实际要求。故实测板料成形极限曲线更加准确,并可作为成形性能数值模拟的判据,来替代软件自带的成形极限曲线。The forming limit curve of DC05 sheet metal was measured by bulging experiment of steel die, and it was applied to the numerical simulation of drawing for automobile seat support plate. Then, the cracking, excessive thinning and wrinkling defects during the drawing process were predicted. Comparing the simulation results between the measured and the software-built forming limit curves, the simulation results based on the measured forming limit curves were more consistent with the experimental results which was verifed by the actual experiment. The results show that through the forming limit curve of DC05 sheet metal measured by the experimental method, in the finite element numerical simulation, the wrinkling phenomenon in the key area is less, the thickness distribution of sheet metal is more uniform, the fracture risk coefficient is lower, and the quality of drawing part meets the actual requirements more. Therefore, the measured forming limit curve of sheet metal is more accurate and can be used as a criterion for numerical simulation of forming properties to replace the forming limit curve of the software.
