摘  要:为了提高管材矫直精度,改进目前管材矫直机的检测装备,针对管材头尾难以矫直的问题,基于六辊矫直原理,采用双曲线辊型和反弯辊型相结合的复合辊型管材矫直机,对管材全长进行了矫直,并分析了弯曲变形中应力、应变、曲率之间的关系;在管材六辊矫直机上,对其中间一对辊采用了反弯辊型,改进了管材端部的矫直效果。同时,设计了检测管材平直度的装置,精度达到0.01 mm,用以检测管材矫直产品是否满足要求;若不满足,则测出误差数据,并将该数据反馈至生产设备以便及时调整,从而生产出高精度的产品。研究结果为实际管材矫直的在线检测提供了理论支持。In order to improve the straightening accuracy of tube and the detection equipment of the current tube straightener, for the problem that is difficult to straighten the head and tail of tube, based on the principle of six-roller straightening, the full length of tube was straightened by a composite roller profile tube straightener combined with a hyperbolic roller profile and a reverse bending roller profile, and the relationship between stress, strain and curvature in bending deformation was analyzed. Then, the middle pair of rollers adopted the reverse bending roller profile to improve the straightening effect at the end of tube. At the same time, a device for detecting the flatness of tube with an accuracy of 0.01 mm was designed to check whether the straightening products met the requirements. If it was not satisfied, the error data was measured to feed back to the production equipment for timely adjustment to produce high-precision products. The results also provides theoretical support for on-line detection of tube straightening.
