摘  要:运用区块链技术对广西水产品质量进行监管,解决现今广西水产品质量监管中存在的问题,保障水产品品质及质量安全。从供应链视角,分析广西水产品质量监管对象及现状、存在问题,结合区块链技术的特点,构建基于区块链技术的广西水产品质量监管系统。利用区块链技术对广西水产品质量监控,实现了对广西水产品供应链节点业务环节信息化的全程记录、跟踪,保证了广西水产品的可追溯性、可信性、防伪性和信息时效性,提高广西水产品质量监管水平。研究表明,区块链技术在广西水产品质量监控中的有效应用与推广,对确保水产品质量,保护消费者权益,提高生产者经济效益具有重要意义。Using the block chain technology to supervise the quality of aquatic products in Guangxi,to solve the problems in the current quality supervision of aquatic products in Guangxi,and to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products.From the supply chain point of view,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of water product quality supervision in Guangxi,and constructs a system of water product quality supervision based on the technology of block chain.By using the block chain technology to monitor the quality of aquatic products in Guangxi,the whole process of recording and tracking the information of the node of the supply chain of aquatic products in Guangxi was realized.The traceability,credibility,security and information timeliness of aquatic products in Guangxi were guaranteed,and the quality supervision level of aquatic products in Guangxi was improved.The research shows that the effective application and promotion of block chain technology in the quality control of aquatic products in Guangxi is of great significance to ensure the quality of aquatic products,protect the rights and interests of consumers and improve the economic benefits of producers.
