摘  要:粮食信息化相关技术的发展对保证国家粮食安全具有重要意义。结合诱捕检测、声检测、图像识别、生物光子检测等技术,阐述了仓储害虫的检测技术;结合三维激光扫描、电磁波探测法、压力传感器和宽波束雷达技术,阐述了粮食数量检测技术;通过介绍粮食温度、粮食水分含量和气体体积分数等检测手段,阐述了粮情监测所需的多种技术;并对智能出入库系统、智能通风系统和内环流系统的各项功能及所需技术进行了介绍。分析目前粮食行业信息化各项技术的优缺点,并对未来的发展作出展望。The development of grain informatization technologies is of great significance to ensure national food security. The storage insect detection technology was summarized based on the technology of trap, sound detection, image processing, biological photon detection and etc. in this paper. The grain quantity detection technology was introduced based on 3D laser scanning, electromagnetic wave detection technology, pressure sensor and wide beam radar technology. Several techniques were summarized for grain monitoring by introducing the methods of measuring grain temperature, moisture and gas concentration. The various functions of intelligent storage system, intelligent ventilation system and internal circulation system and required technologies were also introduced. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages and existing problems of information technology in grain industry were analyzed, and the future development was prospected.
