摘 要:综述近年来有关中医药对前列腺癌信号通路调控作用的研究进展。中医药可以调控前列腺癌多条信号通路,按其作用机制分类,主要包括对前列腺癌Notch信号通路的调控(如大黄素、姜黄素、人参皂苷Rh2、异荭草素等),对前列腺癌磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)/AKT信号通路的调控(如苦参碱、黄芩素、淫羊藿素、肿节风、前列消癥汤、中药复方CFF-1等),对前列腺癌分泌型糖蛋白(Wnt)/β-链蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路的调控(如前列消癥汤、槲皮素等),对前列腺癌转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)/Smads信号通路的调控(如连翘三萜类化合物、姜黄素等),对调控前列腺癌核转录因子(NF-κB)信号通路的调控(如雷公藤红素、冬凌草甲素、姜黄素等)。这些调控可阻滞前列腺癌细胞周期,抑制细胞增殖,增强化疗敏感性,抑制细胞迁移、克隆、侵袭能力,诱导细胞凋亡,从而发挥相应的治疗作用。The recent research progress on the regulation of signaling pathways of prostatic carcinoma by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is reviewed in this paper.Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate and control many signal pathways of prostatic carcinoma. Classified according to its mechanism of action, it mainly includes the regulation of Notch signal pathways of prostatic carcinoma(such as emodin, curcumin, ginsenoside Rh2, isoorientin, etc.), the regulation of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3 K)/AKT signaling pathway in prostatic carcinoma(such as matrine, baicalein, icariin, sarcandra glabra, Qianliexiaozheng Decoction, Chinese medicine compound CFF-1, etc.), the regulation of secretory glycoprotein(Wnt)/β-catenin signaling pathway in prostatic carcinoma(such as Qianlixiaozheng Decoction, Quercetin, etc.), the regulation of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)/Smads signaling pathway in prostatic carcinoma(such as forsythia triterpenes, curcumin, etc.), and the regulation of nuclear transcription factor(NF-κB) signaling pathway in prostatic carcinoma(such as tripterine, oridonin, curcumin, etc.). These regulations can block the cell cycle of prostatic carcinoma, inhibit cell proliferation, enhance chemosensitivity, inhibit cell migration, cloning and invasion, induce cell apoptosis, and thus play a corresponding therapeutic role.
