摘　　要：目的探讨他汀类药物对于多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)患者胰岛素敏感性水平的影响。方法通过检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane、中国知网、维普网、万方医学网等电子数据库,筛选他汀类药物在PCOS中应用的相关随机对照试验,对其进行质量评估,数据提取汇总,必要时进行转化。采用RevMan 5.3进行meta分析。结果最终纳入符合入排标准的研究6项,共379例患者,患者平均年龄为(25.03±6.64)岁,平均体质指数(BMI)为(28.12±7.08)kg/m^2。Meta分析显示,他汀类药物并不影响多囊卵巢综合征患者的BMI(P=0.38)和空腹血糖水平(P=0.82),但可以在一定程度上降低空腹胰岛素水平【(1.66±1.41)U/ml】(P=0.02)。结论他汀类药物可以提高多囊卵巢综合征患者的胰岛素敏感性。Objective We aim to study the effect of statins on insulin sensitivity of women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Relevant randomized controlled trials on the application of statins in PCOS were screened by searching electronic databases such as PubMed,Embase,Cochrane,CNKI,VIP,and WANFANG medical network,quality assessment was conducted,data were extracted and summarized,and conversion was carried out when necessary.Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan 5.3.Result A total of 6 studies,379 women with PCOS were included,the average age is(25.03±6.64)years old and the average BMI is(28.12±7.08)kg/m^2.Meta-analysis showed that statins have no effect on BMI(P=0.38)and fasting glucose(P=0.82)in women with PCOS.However,fasting insulin level can be reduced to some extent(1.66±1.41)U/ml(P=0.02).Conclusion Statins have a statistically significant effect on increasing insulin sensitivity.
