摘  要:含油量是油菜重要的产量性状。为探究油菜不同生育期的生理生化指标及种子成熟过程中种皮结构的变化情况对含油量的影响,本研究以高、中、低3组不同含油量的甘蓝型油菜为材料,研究其各项生理生化指标和不同时期的种皮结构。结果显示:幼苗期的POD、可溶性糖、GA等指标与含油量的相关性较大,负相关程度均超过了0.9以上;5~6叶期可溶性蛋白含量与含油量的相关程度最高,接近0.9;花期SOD活性与含油量相关性较高,为0.8209;角果期时MDA和GA与含油量相关性最高,分别为-0.9578和0.9036;可溶性蛋白和含油量的相关性在不同生育期均较高,达到-0.6870以上。21 d时糊粉层外围的紫色层及28 d时糊粉层细胞的厚度与含油量存在密切联系,可能是导致含油量不同的原因。本研究揭示了不同含油量材料间的差异,可为高含油油菜材料筛选提供参考。Oil content is an important yield trait of rapeseed.In this study,to analyse the effect of oil content,three groups of Brassica napus with different oil content were used to research the physio-chemical indexes at different growth stages and the structuration of seed coat during seed maturation.The results showed that the POD,soluble sugar and GA are relatively great in seedling stage,the degree of negative correlation is over 0.9.The degree of negative correlation soluble protein at 5~6 leaf stage was the highest,which closed to 0.9.The correlation between flowering time of SOD was 0.8209.The correlation between pod stage was-0.9578 and0.9036 respectively,which was MDA and GA.The negative correlations of soluble protein at different growth stages were all above-0.6870.The thickness of purple cells around the aleurone layer on the 21 day and the aleurone layer on the 28 day were related to the oil content,which may be the reason for the difference of oil content.This study reveals the differences between different oil content materials and provides reference for screening high oil-bearing rape materials.
