高层次人才研究四十年:热点主题与未来展望——基于CNKI数据库主题文献分析

摘　　要：以高层次人才为研究对象,以1978-2019年CNKI收录期刊文献为研究样本,运用可视化分析软件CiteSpace 5.3.R8绘制高层次人才研究的知识图谱,通过关键词词频共现分析和聚类分析,挖掘出"高层次人才内涵""高层次人才流动""高层次人才评价""高层次人才队伍建设"等四个热点主题和"‘双一流’背景下高层次人才研究"这一渐强性前沿主题。同时经过文献二次梳理发现:高层次人才研究在研究对象界定、研究内容选取、研究维度确立、研究方法应用方面粗具成效,未来研究重点应在高层次人才稳定与评价方面持续着力。Taking the high-level talents as the research object, the journal literature collected by CNKI from 1978 to 2019 as the research samples, and the knowledge graph of the high-level talent research was drawn by using the visual analysis software CiteSpace 5.3 R8. The co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis were presented by keyword word frequency, to excavate four hot topics of "high-level talent connotation","high-level talent mobility","high-level talent evaluation"and "high-level talent team construction", and the gradual strengthening frontier theme of "high-level talent research under the background of double first-class". At the same time, through the second research of the literature, it is found that the research on high-level talents has achieved initial success in the definition of research objects, the selection of research content, the establishment of research dimensions and the application of research methods. The future research should continue to focus on the stability and evaluation of high-level talents.
