摘　　要：经过多年的发展,我国已成为全球第一大原料药生产国和出口国,但原料药行业发展面临着环保、监管、贸易保护主义抬头等诸多压力,存在着产品附加值低、低价竞争激烈、创新能力不足等问题。通过剖析我国原料药出口现状,特别是存在的问题,结合"一带一路"背景下原料药出口面临的机遇和挑战,提出完善我国原料药出口的对策建议。After years of development, China has become the world’s largest producer and exporter of APIs(Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), but the development of APIs industry is facing many pressures such as environmental protection, supervision, rising trade protectionism, and has many problems such as low value-added products,fierce competition at low prices, inadequate innovation capability. By analyzing the current situation of China’s APIs export, especially the existing problems, and combining the opportunities and challenges faced by the export of APIs under the background of "the Belt and Road Initiative", this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving China’s APIs export.
