556例放射医学科诊疗人员晶状体损伤状况分析

摘　　要：目的分析放射医学科诊疗人员晶状体损伤状况及其影响因素。方法重庆市放射工作人员556例进行眼科检查,统计性别、工龄、工种等基本资料及晶状体损伤数据与结果,分析晶状体损伤与性别、工龄、工种的相关性。结果眼晶状体损伤发生率为8.27%;女性高于男性(P<0.05);20年以上工龄者损伤发生率与工龄呈正相关关系(P<0.05);放射治疗及放射技术人员的损伤发生率高于其他工种(P<0.05)。结论放射治疗及放射技术人员更易受到职业照射的伤害,应增强职业性照射的防范意识并进行科学防护,降低放射性晶状体损伤发生率。Objective Analyze the lens damage status and its influencing factors in the medical staff of the radiology department.Methods A total of 556 cases of hospital radiation workers in Chongqing for occupational health examination were selected as subjects.The subjects were examined by eye examination,and the basic data such as sex,length of service and type of work were counted.The lens damage data and results were detected and the lens injury was analyzed.Correlation with gender,length of service,and job type.Results The incidence of lens injury in 556 radiologists was 8.27%.The incidence of eye lens damage in female radiation workers was higher than that in men(P<0.05).The incidence of lens lens injury in radiation workers aged 20 years and above was positively correlated with the working age(P<0.05).The incidence of lens lens injury in radiation therapy and radiology workers was higher than that in other types of work(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiation therapy and radiology workers were more vulnerable to occupational exposure.The awareness of occupational exposure should be enhanced and scientific protection should be implemented to reduce the incidence of radioactive lens injury.
