摘  要:目的 了解北京市朝阳区中小学生维生素D(VD)的营养状况,探讨中小学生体内VD水平的影响因素,为预防VD缺乏并制定相关营养改善策略提供依据。方法 2018年1月,采用分层整群随机抽样法选取北京市朝阳区552名中小学生进行营养与健康状况的自填式问卷调查,VD的测定以高效液相色谱法进行。根据测定的VD含量与填写问卷的相关因素进行分析与讨论。结果 552名6~15岁儿童血清VD平均水平为(15.23±7.09)ng/mL,其中充足组21例,不足及缺乏(含严重缺乏)组531例。VD水平与吃鸡蛋、睡眠时间、体育锻炼时间呈相关关系,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 北京市朝阳区中小学生VD不足及缺乏(含严重缺乏)状况严重,可通过合理增加体育锻炼时间,保证充足睡眠,每日合理食用鸡蛋改善VD缺乏状况。Objective To understand the nutritional status of vitamin D(VD)in primary and secondary school students in Chaoyang District,Beijing,and to explore its influencing factors in primary and secondary school students,aiming to provide basis for prevention of VD deficiency and formulation of nutrition improvement strategies.Methods In January 2018,552 primary and secondary school students in Chaoyang District of Beijing were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method.Self-filling questionnaires on nutrition and health status were conducted.VD was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Analysis and discussion were made according to the VD content measured and the related factors of the questionnaire.Results The mean serum VD level of 552 children aged 6-15 years was(15.23±7.09)ng/mL.Among them,21 were in the adequate group and 531 were in the insufficient and deficient(including severe deficiency)group.VD level was correlated with the number of egg-eaten,sleep time and physical exercise time,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion Primary and secondary school students in Chaoyang district of Beijing are with severe VD deficiency and deficiency(including serious deficiency).The VD deficiency can be improved by reasonably increasing the time of physical exercise,ensuring adequate sleep and reasonably eating eggs every day.
