摘　　要：目的了解河南省某县初中生健康危险行为现状,并探索社会支持与家庭关怀度对初中生健康危险行为的影响。方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法,抽取该县3所初中学校的928名初中生进行匿名问卷调查,使用SPSS 17.0软件进行数据整理和统计学分析。结果河南省某县初中生各类健康危险行为的高分率从高到低依次为违纪行为、暴力攻击行为、吸烟饮酒行为、自杀自残行为、无保护性行为;Spearman相关分析显示,各类健康危险行为间呈显著正相关,而社会支持及家庭关怀度得分与健康危险行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.298,P=0.000;r=-0.359,P=0.000);logistic多因素回归分析显示感知情感度或适应度较高是部分危险行为的保护因素,而良好的家庭支持是自杀自残行为、吸烟饮酒行为的保护因素。结论初中生健康危险行为具有普遍性和聚集性,良好的社会支持及家庭关怀可以降低初中生健康危险行为的发生频率和严重程度。Objective To investigate the current status of health risk behaviors among junior middle school students in a county of Henan province,and to explore the impact of social support and family care index on their health risk behaviors.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 928 junior middle school students selected from three schools in the county by using multi-stage cluster sampling method.SPSS 17.0 software was employed for data preparation and statistical analysis.Results The high-score rates of all kinds of health risk behaviors among the junior middle school students in the county ranking from high to low were violate discipline,violence,smoking and drinking,suicide and unprotected sex behavior.Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation among various health risk behaviors,but the scores of social support and family care index were significantly negatively correlated with various health risk behaviors(r=-0.298,P=0.000;r=-0.359,P=0.000).Logistic multivariate regression analysis revealed that higher degree of perceived affection or adaptability was a protective factor for some risk behaviors,and good family support was a protective factor for suicidal behavior and smoking and drinking behaviors.Conclusions Health risk behaviors in the junior middle school students are universal and aggregative.Good social support and family care can reduce the frequency and severity of health risk behaviors in the junior middle school students.
