摘　　要：通过总结深圳市C-DRG收付费制度改革背景下深圳市人民医院医保管理模式创新实践,分析其在新的支付方式下仍然存在的问题,进而提出进一步完善的建议,以期为新支付制度下医院医保精细化管理提供新的思路和借鉴。It summarized the innovation practice of Shenzhen People’s Hospital medical insurance management mode under the background of Shenzhen Pricing and Payment Regulation on Chinese Diagnosis-Related Groups(C-DRG)payment system reform,analyzed the problems existing in the new payment method,and proposed further improvement construction,so as to provide new idea and reference for the hospital medical insurance refined management under the new payment system.
