摘 要:目的掌握上海地区白纹伊蚊对常见卫生杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法检测白纹伊蚊幼虫抗药性。结果上海地区白纹伊蚊对菊酯类药剂抗性较高,尤其是高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯,其抗性范围分别为7~85倍和10~121倍,其中宝山地区高效氯氰菊酯抗性最高,抗性倍数达到85倍,徐汇地区溴氰菊酯抗性最高,抗性倍数达到121倍;除部分区白纹伊蚊对双硫磷和残杀威仍呈现敏感外,其他区均呈现低抗到中抗水平。结论应加强对白纹伊蚊的抗药性监测,禁止使用高抗水平的杀虫剂,慎用中低抗水平的杀虫剂,合理轮用或混用杀虫剂,以此减缓抗药性递增进程,提高防治效果。Objective To understand the resistance status of Aedes albopictus larvae in Shanghai and provide effective evidence for scientific use of insecticides.Methods Larvae resistance was tested with dipping method recommended by WHO.Results Aedes albopictus larvae developed high resistance to pyrethroids in Shanghai,especially beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin,and the resistance ranged 7-85 folds and 10-121 folds respectively.The Aedes albopictus collected from Baoshan district held the highest resistance,85 folds,to beta-cypermethrin.The highest resistance,121 folds,to deltamethrin was found in Xuhui district.Most Aedes albopictus populations generated some resistance to temephos and propoxur,while a few populations kept susceptible.Conclusion The resistance monitoring of Aedes albopictus should be strengthened,and insecticides should be applied scientifically and reasonably.
