摘　　要：高职院校由管理向治理转变,对高职院校的长远发展起着极其重要的作用,高职院校应在传统的管理机制中进行科学的改革,将单一的管理模式转变为多元化的治理机制,发挥新时期高职院校的教育培训职能,逐步实现现代职业教育的发展目标。文章阐述了创新高职院校治理结构的重要性,从构建多元化治理的教育体制,健全教育治理制度,转变制度重建的思维认识,完善内部治理结构等几个方面探索推动高职院校由传统管理体制向治理模式转变实现路径。The transition from management to governance in higher vocational colleges plays an extremely important role in the long-term development of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should carry out scientific reforms in the traditional management mechanism and transform a single management model.For the diversified governance mechanism,give play to the educational and training functions of higher vocational colleges in the new era,and gradually realize the development goals of modern vocational education.The article expounds the importance of the governance structure of innovative higher vocational colleges,from the construction of a multi-governance education system,the improvement of the education governance system,the transformation of the thinking of institutional reconstruction,the improvement of internal governance structure and other aspects to promote the promotion of higher vocational colleges.The traditional management system shifts to the governance model to achieve the path.
