开放教育学习者微课制作存在的问题与对策——以四川电大学前教育专业为例

摘　　要：通过分析两届开放教育学习者的微课作品,发现学前教育专业学生的微课在教学目标制定、教学设计与组织、教学内容与实际的贴合、教学方法和手段的运用、教学互动等方面存在或多或少的问题,其深层原因在于学习者的专业能力不足、缺乏技术指导和帮助、缺乏有效的激励措施,对此,可采用构建合理的教育层次目标、提高成人学生的基本素养能力、加大培训力度、建立长效的激励机制等手段来提升微课制作水平。It is clear that through the analysis of micro-lecture works of open education learners,it is easy to find some problems involved in setting teaching goal,teaching design and organization,and adopting teaching methods for preschool education students in Sichuan Radio and Television University.It seems that the main reasons are that students lack of professional competence,technical guidance and assistance,and long-term incentive measures.Therefore,it is sure the level of micro-lecture production can be enhanced by setting up reasonable education level targets and improving the basic literacy of preschool teachers.The purpose is to intensify training efficiency and establish long-term incentive measures.
