摘 要:杜儿坪矿原有的制动系统监测系统仅能监测制动闸瓦与闸盘的间隙大小,无法测试制动闸的贴闸时间及制动力矩的大小,仅靠每年一次的提升机安全性能检测确定提升系统各部件的完好性能,不能实时监测制动系统的安全状态。针对这一安全隐患,结合现代传感技术、计算机技术、通信技术提出了一种新型制动系统的实施方案,同时系统分析了该监测装置应用于煤矿提升制动系统的优点及关键技术,有效避免了因制动系统故障导致的提升事故,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。The original brake system monitoring system of the Duerping Mine can only monitor the gap between the brake shoe and the brake disc,and can not test the brake brake time and the brake torque,and the good performance of each component of the lifting system can be determined only by the safety performance test of the elevator once a year.The safety status of the brake system cannot be monitored in real time.In view of this potential safety hazard,an embodiment of a new type of braking system is proposed in combination with the modern sensing technology,computer technology and communication technology,and the advantages and key technologies of the monitoring device applied to the coal mine hoisting and braking system are analyzed.And the lifting accident caused by the braking system failure is effectively avoided,with economic and social benefits.
