上下联合扩弓矫治安氏Ⅱ类错颌软组织变化研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨上下颌联合扩弓在以下颌后缩为主的安氏二类青少患者矫治中的临床应用。方法 选取2013-2018年于本院口腔正畸科就诊的36例8~13岁以下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ类错颌患者,应用上下颌联合扩弓结合直丝弓矫治技术,对每位患者治疗前后X线头颅侧位片进行软组织分析。结果治疗后上颌凸度、下颌凸度及下唇凸度增大,上下软组织面高比、颏唇沟深度,下唇颏比减小,变化均具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 上下颌联合扩弓结合MBT直丝弓矫治方法明显改善以下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ类患者的软组织侧貌,使面部软组织比例更加协调。Objective To study the clinical application of Maxillary-mandibular expansion in the treatment of the class II malocclusion of young patients with mandibular retraction.Methods Thirty-six class II malocclusion patients with mandibular retraction,aged from 8 to 13 years old,were selected.They were treated by Maxillary-mandibular expansion combined with MBT straight wire appliance.The soft tissue of each patient was analyzed by X-ray lateral radiography before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the maxillary bulge,mandibular bulge and lower lip protruding increased,the height ratio of upper and lower soft tissue,the depth of chin-lip sulcus and the ratio of lower lip and chin decreased,and the changes were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Soft tissue profile was obviously improved and facial soft tissue proportion more harmonious in the patients with classⅡmandibular retraction after the treatment of Maxillary-mandibular expansion combined with MBT straight wire appliance.
