摘 要:目的:探讨离断大鼠的迷走神经肝支对其血糖及肝糖原含量的影响。方法:将45只健康的SD大鼠随机分为试验组、假手术组和对照组,每组各有15只大鼠。通过外科手术离断试验组大鼠的迷走神经肝支,建立离断迷走神经肝支大鼠模型。对假手术组大鼠进行迷走神经肝支探查,对对照组大鼠仅进行常规饲养。干预后,比较三组大鼠FPG的水平及对其进行肝糖原染色的结果。结果:干预2周后,试验组大鼠FPG的水平低于假手术组大鼠与对照组大鼠,P<0.05。干预4周后,三组大鼠FPG的水平相比,P>0.05。干预6周后,试验组大鼠FPG的水平高于假手术组大鼠与对照组大鼠,P<0.05。干预2周后,对试验组大鼠进行肝糖原染色的结果显示,其肝糖原颗粒的面积增大,且颜色呈红色或紫红色;干预4周后,对其进行肝糖原染色的结果显示,其肝糖原颗粒的面积和颜色基本恢复正常;干预6周后,对其进行肝糖原染色的结果显示,其肝糖原颗粒的面积缩小,且颜色变浅。结论:离断大鼠的迷走神经肝支后,其血糖的水平呈现出先降低后升高的趋势,其肝糖原的含量呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。objective:to investigate the effects of hepatic branches of vagus nerve on blood glucose and glycogen content in isolated rats.Methods:45 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group,sham group and control group,with 15 rats in each group.The rat model of hepatic branch of vagus nerve was established by surgical detachment of hepatic branch of vagus nerve in experimental group.The hepatic branch of vagus nerve was probed in the rats of sham operation group,and the rats of control group were fed conventionally.After intervention,the FPG level of the three groups of rats and the results of liver glycogen staining were compared.Results:after 2 weeks of intervention,the FPG level of the experimental group was lower than that of the sham group and the control group,P<0.05,.After 4 weeks of intervention,the level of FPG in the three groups of rats was P>0.05.After 6 weeks of intervention,the FPG level of the experimental group was higher than that of the sham group and the control group,P<0.05.After 2 weeks of intervention,the results of liver glycogen staining on experimental group rats showed that the area of liver glycogen granules increased and the color was red or purplish red.After 4 weeks of intervention,liver glycogen staining showed that the size and color of liver glycogen granules returned to normal.After 6 weeks of intervention,liver glycogen staining showed that the size of liver glycogen granules decreased and the color became lighter.Conclusion:after dissociating the hepatic branch of the vagus nerve,the blood glucose level of the rats decreased first and then increased,and the glycogen content of the rats increased first and then decreased.
