彩色多普勒超声在肝硬化门脉高压患者血流动力学检测中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在肝硬化门脉高压患者血流动力学检测中的应用效果。方法选取攀枝花市第四人民医院2017年8月-2018年10月收治的肝硬化门脉高压患者80例作为观察组,选取同期健康者80例作为对照组。两组均采用彩色多普勒超声进行检测,比较两组脾静脉及门静脉血流动力学检测结果,并比较观察组中不同食管胃底静脉曲张程度者脾静脉及门静脉血流动力学检测结果。结果观察组脾静脉、门静脉血管内径及血流量高于对照组,血流速低于对照组(P<0.05)。重度者脾静脉、门静脉血管内径及血流量高于轻度及中度者,血流速低于轻度及中度者;中度者血管内径及血流量高于轻度者,血流速低于轻度者(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声在肝硬化门脉高压患者血流动力学检测中的应用效果较好,且有助于了解食管胃底静脉曲张程度,为进一步治疗提供理论依据。Objective To explore the effect of color doppler ultrasound in the detection of hemodynamics in patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension were selected from August 2017 to October 2018 in Panzhihua Fourth People’s Hospital were divided into the observation group,80 healthy people in the same period were divided into the control group.Color doppler ultrasound was used to detect the two groups,and the results of hemodynamics of spleen vein and portal vein were compared,and the results of hemodynamics of spleen vein and portal vein in different degree of esophageal and gastric varices in the observation group were compared.Results The diameter and blood flow of splenic vein and portal vein in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the blood flow rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The diameter and blood flow of splenic vein and portal vein in severe patients were higher than mild and moderate patients,and the blood flow rate was lower than mild and moderate patients;the diameter and blood flow in moderate patients were higher than mild patients,and the blood flow rate was lower than mild patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of color doppler ultrasound in the detection of hemodynamics in patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension is good,and it is helpful to understand the degree of esophageal and gastric varices,and provide theoretical basis for further treatment.
