蕲蛇酶注射液联合阿司匹林片治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨蕲蛇酶注射液联合阿司匹林片治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的疗效。方法选取2019年1-8月宜春市第二人民医院收治的ACI患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用活血药物联合阿司匹林片治疗,观察组采用蕲蛇酶注射液联合阿司匹林片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及入院第1天和第10天时神经功能缺损情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(57.50%)明显高于对照组(35.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗10 d后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蕲蛇酶注射液联合阿司匹林片治疗ACI效果较好,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损,疗效确切。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Acutase injection combined with aspirin tablets on patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods A total of 80 patients with ACI admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Yichun City from January to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with blood-activating drugs combined with aspirin tablets, while the observation group was treated with Acutobin injection combined with aspirin tablets. The clinical efficacy and neurological deficits on the first and tenth day of admission were compared between the 2 groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(57.50%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(35.00%) with statistical significance(P<0.05);10 days after treatment, the NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Agkistrodon acutus enzyme injection combined with aspirin tablets is effective in the treatment of ACI, which can effectively improve the neurological deficits of patients with exact effects.
