摘  要:基于热电制冷膜蒸馏实验系统,为研究该系统机理与多目标优化问题,首先通过支持向量机(support vactor regression,SVR)得到变量与目标值间的关系,并以此关系代入响应曲面法分析各变量与目标间的协同效应;其次利用多目标优化算法获得Pareto解集,并进行解集分析;最后通过层次分析法确定目标权值与TOPSIS方法排序,获得了系统运行最优工况。研究结果表明:热端进料温度对该系统中各项目标值有较大影响,制冷器输入电流并非越大越好,要适时与其它工况相匹配。经NSGA-II和MOPSO可得出该系统存在最优工况点,最优工况为:热端进料温度为75℃、冷却水流量为698.1L/h、制冷器输入电流为8.44A,在此最优工况下对应目标值为:热电制冷膜蒸馏系统耦合度为0.77、系统能耗为273.09W、膜通量为13.98kg/(m2.h)。This paper studied the system mechanism and multi-objective optimization problem based on the thermoelectric refrigeration membrane distillation system.Firstly,the relationship between the variable and the target value was obtained by the support vector machine(SVR),and the relationship was transformed into the response surface method to analyze the synergistic effect of variables and targets.Secondly,the multi-objective optimization algorithm was used to obtain the Pareto solution set,and the solution set analysis was carried out.Finally,the AHP method was used to determine the target weight and TOPSIS method ranking,and the optimal operating conditions of the system were obtained.The research results show that the hot end feed temperature has a great influence on the target values in the system.The input current of the refrigerator is not as large as possible,and it should be matched with other working conditions in time.According to NSGA-II and MOPSO,the optimal operating conditions of the system are obtained.The optimal operating conditions are:hot end feed temperature is 75℃,cooling water flow is 698.1 L/h,and refrigerator input current is 8.44 A.In this optimal condition,the corresponding target values are:the coupling degree of the thermoelectric refrigeration membrane distillation system is 0.77,the system energy consumption is 273.09 W,and the membrane flux is 13.98kg/(m2 h).
