摘　　要：牙槽骨严重吸收者全口义齿修复难度很大。All-on-four技术是近年来种植修复领域的一项重大革新,已获得满意的中短期成功率。该技术在颌骨前后部分别植入两颗轴向和斜行种植体,在此基础上行即刻固定式义齿修复,避免行植骨和上颌窦提升等手术。其中,种植体斜行植入、即刻负重以及计算机指导手术系统的应用备受关注和研究,其应用可行性也不断得以证实。总之,该技术临床应用前景良好,但相关问题尚需进一步研讨。The severe atrophy of the jaws is a big challenging therapeutic problem.The technique of All-on-four is one of the most modern innovations in recent years in the implant-prosthetic rehabilitation with very high success rate in the short to medium term. The technique provides for only four implants in the pre-mandible and pre-maxilla, which support a fixed and immediately loaded prosthesis. In treatment procedure, two anterior implants are placed axially and two posterior implants are placed at an angle thereby eliminating the need for sinus lift or bone augmentation procedures. The feasibility of oblique implant implantation, immediate loading and computer guided surgical system continuous to be proven. On the whole, the clinical application of this technique is promising, but relevant issues need further study.
