摘 要:目的:通过检测KIF2A、LSD1在肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)组织及癌旁非肿瘤组织中的蛋白表达情况探讨其与RCCC发生、发展及生物学行为相关性。方法:运用免疫组织化学方法检测120例肾透明细胞癌组织和40例癌旁非肿瘤组织KIF2A、LSD1蛋白表达情况,分析两者与肾透明细胞癌患者临床病理参数关系。结果:KIF2A蛋白在肾透明细胞癌中的表达(60.83%)显著高于癌旁非肿瘤组织(32.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LSD1蛋白在肾透明细胞癌中的表达(55.0%)显著高于癌旁非肿瘤组织(30.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),KIF2A蛋白在RCCC中的表达与WHO/ISUP病理分级及临床分期相关(P<0.05);LSD1蛋白在RCCC中的表达与WHO/ISUP病理分级相关(P<0.05),与临床分期无关(P>0.05);KIF2A、LSD1蛋白表达与性别、年龄均无关(P>0.05)。相关性检验结果显示:KIF2A、LSD1蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.235,P=0.010)。结论:KIF2A和LSD1可能参与了RCCC的发生、发展,并具有协同作用。Objective: To explore the relationship KIF2 A LDS and the occurrence, development and biological behavior of RCCC by detecting the protein expression of KIF2 A and LSD1 in renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC) and adjacent non tumor tissues,. Methods: The expression of KIF2 A and LSD1 in 120 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma and 40 cases of adjacent non-tumor tissues to renal clear cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of KIF2 A in renal clear cell carcinoma(60.83%) was significantly higher than that in non-tumor tissues(32.5%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The expression of LSD1 in renal clear cell carcinoma(55.0%) was significantly higher than that in non-tumor tissues(30.0%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The expression of KIF2 A in RCCC was significantly higher than that in who/ISUP pathological grade and clinical significance The expression of LSD1 protein in RCCC was correlated with WHO/ISUP pathological grade(P<0.05), but not with clinical stage(P > 0.05). The expression of KIF2 A and LSD1 protein was not correlated with gender and age(P > 0.05). The results of correlation test showed that the expression of KIF2 A and LSD1 was positively correlated(rs = 0.235, P = 0.010). Conclusion: KIF2 A and LSD1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of RCCC and have synergistic effect.
