摘　　要：基于KAQ的人才培养模式要求将知识、能力、素质有效融于一体,注重综合素质的培养。因此,课程改革至关重要。“治安基层基础”课程的教学要贴近警务实战,在掌握理论知识的基础上注重动手能力和实战能力的培养,加强运用专业知识分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养服务群众的意识以及治安基础工作的技能和素养,进而培养学生的综合素质。这门课程的教学改革可以从教学观念、教学方法、师资力量、实训教学、校本教材等方面开展。The talent training model based on KAQ requires the integration of knowledge,ability and quality,and pays attention to the cultivation of comprehensive quality.Therefore,curriculum reform is very important.Teaching of“Public Security Basis”should be close to the actual police,focus on the cultivation of practical ability and practical ability on the basis of mastering theoretical knowledge,strengthen the ability to use professional knowledge to analyze problems and solve problems,and cultivate the consciousness of serving the masses and the skills and literacy of the basic work of public security,and then cultivate the overall quality of students.The teaching reform of this course can be carried out in terms of teaching concepts,teaching methods,teacher strength,practical training,school-based textbooks,and assessment methods.
