摘　　要：文章分析实训基地建设存在的不足,提出实训室建设需要顶层设计,从岗位能力需求明确专业实训规划,充分利用老旧设备,节约能源,为学生创新创业能力培养提供充足的实训资源,培养高素质技术技能人才。This paper analyzes the shortcomings existing in the construction of training base,puts forward that the construction of training room needs the top-level design,clarifies the professional training plan from the needs of post ability,makes full use of the old equipment,saves energy,provides sufficient training resources for the cultivation of students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability,and trains high-quality technical and skilled personnel.
