摘　　要：为了掌握重庆及周边地区地质勘查行业对地勘技术技能人才规格的要求和数量的需求,同时了解重庆工程职业技术学院地勘专业毕业生的就业现状和职业发展情况,实现技术技能培训和行业需求匹配,确保人才培养质量,服务产业升级,开展地勘行业人才需求调查。通过此次调研,文章分析了重庆地区地勘行业的用人需求,阐述企业用人需求、毕业生就业状况等,从而为专业建设和人才培养提供借鉴。In order to grasp the geological prospecting industry in Chongqing and surrounding areas for geological exploration technology skill talented person specification requirements and quantity demand,and understand our current situation of geological exploration of graduates employment and career development situation,carry out the geological exploration industry talent demand survey for skills training and implementation technology and industry demand matching,ensuring the quality of talent training and servicing industry upgrading.Through this investigation,this paper analyzes the employment demand of geological prospecting industry in Chongqing,expounds the employment demand of enterprises and employment status of graduates,so as to provide reference for professional construction and talent training.
