摘 要:认知语言学的原型范畴理论提出了“原型”,“基本层次范畴”以及“原型的动态变化性”等观点,词汇学习是语言学习的基础与关键,也是语言学习的难点。在此理论视域下,英语词汇教学应做到如下几点:重视基本范畴词汇的学习,注重词汇各义项之间的理据关系,讲解不同文化背景下词汇语用内涵的差异。The Prototype Categories Theory in cognitive linguistics has put forward some viewpoints,such as"prototypes","the basic level categories"and"the dynamic changes of prototypes".Vocabulary learning is basic and crucial in language learning.It is also very difficult in language learning.According to these viewpoints,the following things should be done during the English vocabulary teaching such as emphasize the learning of the vocabulary belonging to basic level categories,focus on the logic relationships between different meanings of a word,and explain the discrepancies in pragmatic meanings of a word in different cultures.
