摘 要:转台是数字相机实验室校准中的关键性设备。基于误差传递理论,研究分析了转台测角精度对数字相机校准结果的影响关系式。对转台进行了测试,测试结果表明:该转台测角精度较差,难以满足数字相机校准的要求。针对此种情况,在误差理论研究与分析的基础上,提出了采用一般多项式模型进行转台测角精度改进的方法,进行了误差修正试验。结果表明该方法能有效消除转台系统误差,大幅提高转台的测角精度,使数字相机校准精度提高约10倍。Turntable is the key equipment in digital camera laboratory calibration. Based on the error transfer theory,relationship between the angle measurement accuracy of turntable and the calibration result of digital camera is studied and analyzed. The turntable was tested,but results show that the angle measurement accuracy of the turntable is poor,it is difficult to meet the requirements of digital camera calibration. In view of this situation,a method to improve the accuracy of turntable angle measurement by using general polynomial model is proposed based on error theory research and analysis,then error correction test was carried out and verified,results show that the method can effectively eliminate the turntable system error and greatly improve the angle measuring precision of turntable,and the calibration accuracy of the digital camera is increased by about 10 times.
