摘 要:以2,5-已二酮和甘氨酸为原料进行Paal-Knorr反应,合成2,5-二甲基-N-吡咯乙酸。以其为底物,与异丁醇进行酯化反应,得到目标化合物2,5-二甲基-N-吡咯乙酸异丁醇酯。通过1 HNMR,13 CNMR,IR和HRMS技术对其结构进行表征。采用热裂解-气相色谱/质谱(Py-GC/MS)分析其热解行为。从裂解产物上可知,目标化合物的主要热解成分为杂环及酯类化合物。杂环化合物有2,6-二甲基吡啶、2,5-二甲基吡咯、2-乙基-5-甲基吡嗪等;酯类有十六酸-2-甲基丙酯等。The compound of 2,5-dimethyl-N-pyrrole acetic acid was synthesized by Paal-Knorr reaction using 2,5-hexanedione and glycine as raw materials.The target compound 2,5-dimethyl-N-pyrrole acetic acid isobutyrate was then obtained though esterification from isobutanol and 2,5-dimethyl-Npyrrole acetic acid.1 HNMR,13 CNMR,IR and HRMS spectrometry were employed to analyze the structure of prepared product.Meanwhile,the pyrolysis behavior was also tested by pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(Py-GC/MS).According to the Py-GC/MS results,the pyrolysis products of target compound were mostly heterocyclic compounds and ester compounds.Among,the heterocyclic compounds included 2,6-lutidine,2,5-dimethylpyrrole,2-ethyl-5-methylpyrazine,etc.And the esters included hexadecanoic acid-2-methylpropyl ester,etc.
