摘 要:为解决单绕组磁悬浮开关磁阻电机的转矩和悬浮力脉动、转子中心位置偏移问题,研究直接转矩与二阶滑模直接悬浮力控制。鉴于电机的单绕组运行方式,采用五电平功率变换器,结合麦克斯韦应力和机电能量转换原理,推导出磁链、电压、转矩和悬浮力的直接数值解析模型,构建分电压输入模块,实现转矩与悬浮力解耦控制。引入位移高阶导数项,构造适用于二阶系统的超螺旋算法,基于该算法设计转子位移控制器。样机控制系统仿真结果表明,直接转矩与二阶滑模直接悬浮力控制能有效减小系统抖振,实现转子高精度悬浮,提高动态悬浮性能,具有较强的鲁棒性。In order to solve the problems of torque and suspension force jitter, and rotor position offset in the control system of the single winding bearingless switched reluctance motor, direct torque control and second order sliding mode direct suspension force control were studied. In view of the single winding operation mode, a five level power converter was adopted. Based on Maxwell stress and mechatronic energy conversion principle, the direct numerical analysis model of flux, voltage, torque and suspension force were deduced, and the voltage input module was constructed to realize torque and suspension force decoupling control. A super twisting algorithm suitable for the two order system was constructed by introducing a higher order derivative term of displacement. Based on this algorithm, a rotor displacement controller was designed. The prototype control system was constructed. The results show that the direct torque and second-order sliding mode direct suspension force control can effectively reduce the chattering of the system, achieve high-precision rotor suspension, improve the dynamic suspension performance, and have strong robustness.
