摘 要:从百色右江河谷采后芒果病样上分离、纯化得到多个真菌菌株,选择1个典型分离菌BSD01进行致病性测定、形态学观察、ITS序列测定和同源性分析。同时采用生长速率法,测定15种中草药提取液对该病原菌的抑制作用,确定了有效提取液的种类及其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,能引起右江河谷芒果蒂腐病的病原菌为可可球二孢菌(Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat.)。在供试的15种中草药提取液中,醇提取液的抑菌活性总体高于水提取液。其中,在0.06 g/mL的剂量下,莱菔子水提取液和益母草醇提取液的抑菌效果最好,抑菌率可达到100%;其次为石菖蒲和莱菔子醇提取液,抑菌率分别为94.59%和73.21%。它们对芒果蒂腐病菌的MIC值分别为<0.01、0.02、0.11、0.09 g/mL。Several fungal strains were separated and purified from the diseased Mango samples which collected from the river valley of Youjiang in Baise City.A typical isolate BSD01 was selected for pathogenicity determination,morphological observation,ITS sequence determination and homology analysis.By the mycelium growth rate method,the inhibitory effect of 15 kinds of Chinese herb extracts by water or alcohol on the pathogenic fungi were investigated respectively.The types of effective extracts and their minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)were determined.The results showed that the pathogenic fungus was Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat.Among these 15 Chinese herbal extracts,the inhibitory effect of the alcohol extract was higher than that water extract.Among which,the inhibitory effect of 0.06 g/mL water extract of radish seed and 0.06 g/mL alcohol extract of Herba leonuri were best,resulting in a rate of 100%,followed by alcohol extract of Acorus tatarinowii and radish seed.The inhibition rate was 94.59%and 73.21%respectively.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)values of the above four Chinese herb extracts were<0.01 g/mL,0.02 g/mL,0.11 g/mL and 0.09 g/mL respectively.
