新疆不同核桃品种与实生后代总多酚含量差异分析

摘　　要：测定和比较新疆10个核桃品种与实生后代坚果叶片、青皮、种皮和核仁总多酚含量,研究10个核桃品种实生后代坚果不同部位之间总多酚含量的相关性。结果表明:(1)10个核桃品种亲本与实生后代坚果不同部位总多酚含量中,核桃种皮总多酚含量明显高于叶片、青皮和核仁总多酚含量。(2)10个核桃品种亲本坚果总多酚含量由多到少的依次为新巨丰>温91>新丰>扎71>新乌417>温611>新早丰>新温179>扎343>新温81,实生后代坚果平均总多酚含量多少排序与亲本一致。(3)实生后代坚果不同部位总多酚含量之间存在相关性,核仁与种皮之间呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.84,叶片与种皮、核仁与叶片之间呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.74、0.70。The total polyphenol content in the leaves,green skin,seed coat and nucleolus of 10 walnut cultivars and their progeny in Xinjiang was determined and compared.The correlation of total polyphenol content between different parts of the seedlings of 10 walnut cultivars was studied.The results showed that:(1)The content of total polyphenols in walnut seed coats was significantly higher than that in leaves,green skin and nucleoli,and the total polyphenol content in the different parts of 10 walnut varieties and the progeny nuts.(2)The total polyphenol content of 10 walnut varieties parental nuts is in order of Xin Jufeng>Wen 91>Xinfeng>Zha 71>Xinwu 417>Wen 611>Xin Zaifeng>XinWen179>Zha 343>XinWen81,the average total polyphenol content of the nuts of the offspring is consistent with the parent.(3)There was a correlation between the total polyphenol content in different parts of the seed of the offspring,and there was a significant positive correlation between the nucleolus and the seed coat.The correlation coefficient was 0.84,and the leaf and the seed coat,the nucleolus and the leaf were significantly positive.Correlation,the correlation coefficients are 0.74 and 0.70.
