摘 要:目的制作腹腔高压液体动物模型,探索腹腔间隔室综合症压力-容积曲线变化规律。方法以实验兔为研究对象,以生理盐水注入腹腔制作腹腔压增高模型。腹膜腔内注入生理盐水,每注入100 m L测压1次并记录。绘制腹腔压随生理盐水量增加而升高的曲线图,分析腹腔压升高时生理盐水量与腹腔压的关系。结果在注入1000 mL生理盐水后腹腔压力开始升高,回归方程为:Y=-9.27+29.83 X。结论随着腹腔内容物的逐渐增加,腹腔压力在突破临界点后呈现快速递增的趋势,即使腹腔内容物少量增加,也可引起腹腔压力的急剧升高。Objective To explore the change of pressure volume curve of abdominal compartment syndrome by making animal model of abdominal high pressure liquid.Methods Intra-abdominal hypertension rabbit model is made by NS.Measure and record the pressure when per 100 mL NS is infused into the abdomen.draw pressure-volume curve.Regression analysis is used to study the functional relation between them.Results Intro-abdominal pressure begin to increase when 1000 mL NS is infused into the abdomen.The regression equation is:Y=-9.27+29.83 X.Conclusion With the gradual increase of abdominal contents,the abdominal pressure appears to increase rapidly after breaking the critical point.Even if the abdominal content increases in small quantities,it can cause a sharp increase in abdominal pressure.
