摘 要:目的探讨婴儿白血病(IAL)的MIM分型特点。方法对2016年1月至2018年12月中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院20例IAL患儿外周血白细胞数、细胞形态学、免疫学分型和分子遗传学分型检查进行回顾性分析。结果20例IAL中急性淋巴细胞白血病13例;外周血白细胞数以升高为主,13例;19例可在外周血发现幼稚细胞。分子遗传学检验以MLL基因断裂融合与P16基因缺失为主。结论婴儿白血病的表型复杂,ALL及ANLL均可发生;ALL中以B系多见;IAL常伴分子遗传学异常。Objective To investigate the characteristics of MIM typing of infant acute leukemia(IAL).Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,peripheral white blood cell count,morphology,immunological type,molecular typing of 20 cases of IAL in Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-Sen University were reviewed retrospectively.Results Of the 20 cases,there were 13 cases of acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL),white blood cell count mainly raised in 13 cases,periphery blasts were identified in 19 cases.Molecular genetic tests were mainly based on MLL gene fusion and p16 gene deletion.Conclusions The phenotype of infant leukemia is complex,ALL and ANLL can both occur.B-cell type is the most immunophenotype of ALL.IAL is often associated with molecular genetic abnormalities.
