摘 要:在当前电网新技术发展迅速的形势下,电力企业员工培训也需要创新培训方案,如何有针对性地提高培训水平,是培训者需要认真思考的问题。文章分析了当前发展的新形势,指出目前的培训教学需要改进的地方,从四个角度切入,探索当前形势下的创新培训方案。The current development of new technologies in power grid is so rapid that the staff training programs in electric power enterprises also needs innovating.How to improve the level of staff training is a problem for training providers to think about.This paper analyzes the current situations,points out what needs improving in the current training and teaching,and explores innovative training programs under the current circumstances from four perspectives.
