摘 要:针对目前轨道存在的轨距不平顺现象,设计了一种安装于轨检车上的轨距实时动态检测系统。系统根据轴角编码器发出的脉冲数,确定2D激光位移传感器的采样周期和采样点,并实现传感器数据同步采集,通过基于控制器局域网(CAN)协议的传输总线,完成钢轨断面轮廓数据的传送。上位机LabVIEW应用程序记录轨距点坐标,同时根据三角函数计算出轨距值并存储于Excel表格中。通过系统和人工现场测试,验证了系统硬件性能稳定性和软件设计合理性,达到了动态实时检测轨距的目的。在轨检车运行速度30km/h时,轨距检测的误差在(-0.85,+0.65)mm之间。该系统具有效率高、通用性强的特点,对于其他数据采集系统具有一定的参考价值。Aiming at the irregularity of track gauge existing in the current track,a real-time dynamic detection system for the gauge installed on the track inspection vehicle is designed.The system determines the sampling period and sampling point of the 2D laser displacement sensor according to the number of pulses emitted by the shaft angle encoder and realizes the synchronous data acquisition of the sensor.The transmission of the rail profile data is completed by the controller area network(CAN)protocol-based transmission bus.The upper computer LabVIEW application program records gauge point coordinates,and the gauge value is calculated according to the basic formula of the trigonometric function and stored in the Excel table.Through system and manual field test,the system hardware performance stability and software design rationality are verified,and the purpose of dynamic real-time detection of gauge distance is achieved.When the track inspection speed is 30 km/h,the error of the gauge detection is between(-0.85,+0.65)mm.The system has the characteristics of high efficiency and versatility,and has certain reference value for other data acquisition systems.
