摘　　要：胆道外科是普通外科的主要分支,在外科学领域中占有极为重要的地位。胆道疾病的病理和临床表现极为复杂,因而胆道外科手术在现今的消化系统外科手术中仍然最具挑战性。当前,随着微创技术和内镜技术的发展,胆道外科正经历着一场深刻的理论与技术革新,这些研究将构成21世纪胆道外科可持续发展的重要基石,应该引起更广泛的重视。Biliary surgery is the main branch of general surgery,which plays an important role in the field of surgery.The pathological and clinical manifestations of biliary diseases are very complex,so biliary surgery is still the most challenging surgery in the digestive system.With the development of minimally invasive technology and endoscopic technology,biliary surgery is undergoing a profound theoretical and technological innovation,and these studies will form an important foundation for the sustainable development of biliary surgery in the 21st century and should be paid more attention.
