摘  要:磁浮列车的位置检测方法是列车牵引和运控系统的核心技术之一,传统电磁感应式的绝对定位传感器为U型槽结构,采用小线圈定位,大线圈读码的读码方式,导致线圈数量较多,结构复杂,传感器整体体积大质量重。文中以涡流效应为基础,利用错位分布的阵列式检测线圈进行读码,有效减少了传感器的质量体积;针对列车在实际运行中晃动导致误码的情况,通过对阵列式检测线圈参数的优化,使传感器的读码范围提升到标准位置左右7 mm。所设计的绝对定位传感器具有结构简单紧凑、体积小、质量轻、测量准确度高、易于拆卸等优点,能够满足测速定位系统的要求,保证磁浮列车的顺利运行。Maglev train location detection is one of the core technologies of train traction and operation control system.The traditional electromagnetic induction type absolute positioning sensor is U-shaped slot structure,which adopts small coil positioning and large coil code reading,resulting in a large number of coils and complex structure.The whole sensor has large volume and high quality.Based on the eddy current effect,the mass volume of the sensor is effectively reduced by using the array detection coil with dislocation distribution to read the code.In view of the error code caused by the shaking of the train in actual operation,the range of the sensor s code reading is improved to about 7 mm by optimizing the parameters of the array detection coil.The absolute positioning sensor has the advantages of simple and compact structure,small volume,light weight,high measurement accuracy and easy disassembly.It can meet the requirements of speed measurement and positioning system and ensure the smooth operation of maglev train.
