摘  要:目的探讨女性不同年龄阶段血清BAP水平变化情况。方法分别对健康女性儿童62例(年龄范围1~10岁,平均年龄5.5岁)、绝经前健康女性51例(年龄范围26~40岁,平均年龄33岁)、绝经期及绝经后20年内健康女性65例(年龄范围49~68岁,平均年龄58.5岁)、绝经后25年以上老年健康女性42例(年龄范围75~93岁,平均年龄84岁)的血清BAP水平进行检测。结果血清BAP水平分别为90.21±21.49、12.91±2.34、20.32±6.66、16.20±6.21ng/mL。健康女性儿童血清BAP水平分别高于绝经前健康女性、绝经期及绝经后20年内健康女性、绝经后25年以上健康老年女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);绝经前健康女性血清骨BAP水平低于绝经期及绝经后20年内、绝经后25年以上老年健康女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);绝经期及绝经后20年内健康女性血清BAP水平高于绝经后25年以上老年健康女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在女性不同年龄阶段血清BAP水平存在差异,为临床进一步研究、应用提供帮助。Objective To investigate serum bone alkaline phosphatase(BAP)in differential ages of female.Methods The serum BAP were determined in 62 healthy females children(1-10 y),51 premenopausal women(26-40 y),65 menopause and postmenopausal within 20 years women(49-68 y),postmenopausal more than 25 years of old women(75-93 y).Results The serum BAP were 90.21±21.49 ng/mL,12.91±2.34 ng/mL,20.32±6.66 ng/mL,and 16.20±6.21 ng/mL,respectively.The serum BAP of healthy female children were higher than premenopausal women, menopause and postmenopausal within 20 years women,and postmenopausal more than 25 years of old women(P<0.01).The serum BAP of healthy premenopausal women were lower than menopause and postmenopausal within 20 years women,and postmenopausal more than 25 years of old women(P<0.01).The serum BAP of healthy menopause and postmenopausal within 20 years women were higher than postmenopausal more than 25 years of old women(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum bone alkaline phosphatase are different in differential ages of females.
