摘　　要：目的:观察HIFUNIT9000型聚焦超声肿瘤消融机(HIFU)治疗腹盆腔恶性实体肿瘤的安全性及近期疗效.方法:2017年3月-2019年3月利用HIFU治疗实体肿瘤患者25例,分析治疗有效率及止痛效果.结果:治疗后HIFU有效率为92%,无效率为8%;治疗后20例有疼痛患者治疗缓解率为95%.结论:HIFU治疗腹盆腔恶性实体肿瘤较安全,近期疗效确切,可有效缓解疼痛,为后续其他治疗提供机会.Objective:To observe the safety and short-term efficacy of HIFUNIT9000 focused ultrasound tumor ablation machine(HIFU)in the treatment of malignant solid tumors of abdominal and pelvic cavity.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,25 patients treated with HIFU were selected,The effective rate and analgesic effect were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of HIFU was 92%,the ineffective rate was 8%.The remission rate of 20 patients with pain was 95%.Conclusion:HIFU is safer for the treatment of malignant solid tumors of abdominal and pelvic cavity.The short-term effect is exact,which can effectively relieve pain and provide opportunities for other follow-up treatments.
